All estimates provided through this site or by phone are subject to confirmation after we inspect the job. The final scope and price may be revised based on what we find on site. We will always tell you the revised number before we proceed.
Scheduling and cancellation
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. We do not charge cancellation fees for ordinary rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in our declining to schedule future work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on our pricing page. Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Nebraska law.
Warranty and guarantee
The terms of our workmanship guarantee are described on our guarantee page. Parts carry the manufacturer warranty. The guarantee covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or damage caused by misuse.
